Fast Film is an annual, national competition that gives filmmakers 50 days to shoot a short film of five minutes or less. There is no restriction on the subject matter or genre of the film, however, the film must feature a ‘special ingredient’, and this year’s is a HAT. Big Screen and the Pacific Film & Television Commission proudly present films from this year’s competition finalists.
